01 ProjectLudus Pilates Studio Renovation Project
Project Description
For the Ludus Pilates Studio project, the existing interior was reconfigured to meet the operational requirements of the new use. The works included creation of a changing area, modifications to air-conditioning and ventilation infrastructure, revision of electrical systems to suit the new requirements, installation of doors and decorative elements, painting and complementary finishing works. The studio was delivered ready for use.
Key Works Completed
The Ludus Pilates Studio renovation project is a private-sector fit-out in which interior partitioning, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, decorative applications and finishing works were delivered as an integrated scope.
Nice Dent Oral & Dental Health Polyclinic
Project Description
The existing three-storey villa in Yaşamkent, Çankaya, Ankara was comprehensively renovated and adapted for use as an oral and dental health polyclinic. Under ANSE's project consultancy and main contracting scope, the building was reorganized around clinical requirements, with architectural works, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, finishing works, fixed furniture and bespoke elements, façade works and external works delivered in coordination. Following completion of the architectural and technical works, the facility was handed over ready for use.

The Nice Dent Oral & Dental Health Polyclinic project was completed by converting an existing three-storey villa for healthcare use and delivering the facility ready for operation.
PROVEC Factory & Administrative Building Project
Project Description
The project developed for PROVEC Vektör Kontrol Ürünleri ve Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in the Malıköy Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone comprises a precast reinforced-concrete factory and an administrative building with a reinforced-concrete frame and shear-wall structural system. With a total construction area of 3,141.33 m², ANSE served as both contractor and consultant, managing and controlling the process from excavation through structural works, the building envelope, technical services, architectural finishes, external works and handover, together with project, site, quality, subcontractor and procurement coordination.

Beypazarı Ayvaşık Residential & Commercial Project
Project Description
The project in Ayvaşık Neighborhood, Beypazarı is a single-block reinforced-concrete mixed-use development combining residential and commercial functions. ANSE acts as contractor, consultant and project developer under a Build-to-Sell model, integrating project development, construction, technical coordination, site management, procurement and quality control. The building comprises a basement, ground floor and three upper floors, with nine units in total: six residences and three office/commercial units. The reinforced-concrete structure has been completed, wall works are substantially complete and roof-covering works are at an advanced stage. Site preparations are continuing for façade, joinery and finishing works.

Beypazarı Hacıkara Residential Project
Project Description
The project in Hacıkara Neighborhood, Beypazarı comprises a single-block reinforced-concrete residential building. ANSE acts as contractor, consultant and project developer under a Build-to-Sell model, integrating project development, construction, technical coordination, site management, procurement and quality control. The building comprises a basement, ground floor and three upper floors, with 16 residential units planned in total. The reinforced-concrete structure has reached the top-floor level; formwork, reinforcement and concrete works continue at upper levels while autoclaved aerated concrete walling proceeds on lower floors. Construction is progressing under controlled schedule, design-compliance and site-coordination processes.

Project Description
The project in the Ilıman Area of Kurtuluş Neighborhood, Beypazarı comprises a single-block reinforced-concrete residential building together with the retaining system around the plot. ANSE acts as contractor, consultant and project developer under a Build-to-Sell model, integrating project development, construction, technical coordination, site management, procurement and quality control. The building comprises a basement, ground floor and two upper floors, with eight residential units planned in total. Following excavation and retaining works, foundation and basement-level reinforced-concrete structural works have progressed, while vertical structural elements and upper-slab formwork, reinforcement and concrete works continue.

Elmadağ Residential Project
Project Description
The project in Kurtuluş Neighborhood, Elmadağ, Ankara comprises the construction of a two-storey, single-unit residence. The scope covers site preparation, structural and finishing works, roofing, façade, external works and complementary construction for a contemporary residential design. ANSE serves as both contractor and consultant, managing the technical, administrative and site organization of the construction process from the excavation stage onward. Construction quality, project schedule, subcontractor coordination, material and procurement processes, and design compliance are monitored concurrently.

Seferihisar Sığacık Project
Project Description
The project developed in Sığacık Neighborhood, Seferihisar comprises a five-unit villa development. In addition to being the landowner and project developer, ANSE manages the entire process as building contractor, consultant and delivery partner. From excavation and site preparation through foundations and the reinforced-concrete structure, walling and roofing, façade and joinery, electrical-mechanical infrastructure, finishing works and landscaping are coordinated as an integrated process. The architectural language of the Type 1 and Type 2 buildings is designed as a contemporary whole, with generous openings, natural-stone-look façade details, strong horizontal and vertical frames, and bespoke outdoor-space arrangements. Façade, joinery and finishing works are currently ongoing.

Nallıhan Residential Project
Project Description
In the residential project in Nasuhpaşa Neighborhood, Nallıhan, Ankara, ANSE contributes to the construction process both as the subcontractor responsible for structural works and well-type retaining-wall shoring, and as a consultant and delivery partner. The scope began with deep excavation and well-type retaining-wall works and continued with foundations, the reinforced-concrete structural system, formwork, reinforcement, concrete and foundation waterproofing, followed by autoclaved aerated concrete walling, roofing and façade works. Throughout construction, ANSE monitors site organization, the project schedule, construction quality, material and procurement processes, subcontractor coordination and design-compliance checks, while continuing to provide technical coordination and solution support during the ongoing façade and finishing works.

Beypazarı Hacıkara Residential Project
Project Description
The project developed in the Karapınar Area of Hacıkara Neighborhood, Beypazarı comprises two reinforced-concrete residential blocks. ANSE acts as contractor, consultant and project developer under a Build-to-Sell model, integrating project development, construction, technical coordination, site management, procurement and construction control. Blocks A and B each comprise a basement, ground floor and three upper floors, with 24 units planned in total. Excavation and site-grading works have been completed, while blinding concrete and foundation preparation are underway in both blocks. Construction quality, the project schedule, subcontractor coordination and design compliance are monitored regularly throughout the delivery process.
