Project Description
Under the project delivered for the Kütahya Municipality Department of Public Works, a total of eight neighborhood headman office buildings were completed across various neighborhoods of the city: six light-steel structures and two two-storey reinforced-concrete buildings. Delivered under a turnkey lump-sum contract, the works integrated structural construction, architectural finishes, building services and external works.

Conversion of Çorum City Stadium Cafeteria into Individual Sports Halls
Project Description
Under the contract tendered by the Çorum Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, the existing cafeteria area within Çorum City Stadium was converted into five separate sports halls serving gymnastics, archery, kickboxing, Muay Thai and taekwondo. Architectural alterations and interior fit-out works were coordinated with electrical, mechanical and ventilation installations to adapt the existing facility to its new use.

Under the contract tendered by the Kütahya Municipality Department of Public Works, the Hamidiye Neighborhood Socio-Cultural Facility and the Kirazpınar Neighborhood Headman Office were constructed. The project covered two public buildings with different uses, with structural, roofing, architectural finishing, building-services and site works delivered in a coordinated manner.

Project Description
Under the project carried out for the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Health, comprehensive renovation and refurbishment works were undertaken across various blocks, floors, offices, technical rooms, dining areas, kitchens, storage spaces and wet areas of Kartal Koşuyolu High Specialization Training & Research Hospital. Architectural, mechanical and electrical works were coordinated while maintaining the hospital's operational continuity, with spaces renewed to meet hygiene, safety and technical infrastructure requirements.

Kuşadası PTT Distribution & Collection Service Workplace Fit-Out
Project Description
Under the contract tendered by the Turkish Post and Telegraph Corporation (PTT) – Aydın Chief Directorate, one leased workplace for the Kuşadası PTT Central Directorate Distribution & Collection Service was fitted out to meet operational requirements. Following site handover under a turnkey lump-sum contract, the works were scheduled for completion within 45 calendar days in accordance with the project documents, room finish schedule and technical specifications.

Maintenance, Repair & Renewal Works at Kütahya City Cemeteries
Project Description
Maintenance, repair and renewal works were carried out across various areas of Kütahya's city cemeteries. The project included improvements to existing buildings and site elements, renewal of pedestrian access areas, stone and reinforced-concrete works, coping and surface-finishing works, refurbishment of service buildings, and mechanical and electrical infrastructure works. The works were completed while maintaining the operational conditions of the cemetery areas and ensuring continued on-site access.

Project Description

The building was completed as an integrated package of architectural, electrical and mechanical works in accordance with construction documents and room finish schedules.

Project Description
Under the project carried out for the Seferihisar Municipality Department of Public Works, a steel-roofed marketplace was planned on a 1,326 m² site in the Karakayalar Area of Camikebir Neighborhood. Ground and reinforced-concrete works, the steel structural system, roof coverings, architectural finishes, plumbing and electrical infrastructure were coordinated as an integrated scope.
